Learning Support Assistant - Nurture

Are you a nurturing person, who can remain calm and have resilience?

Do you find it easy to build rapport with children and are able to show them continuity and stability by being their constant.

I am currently supporting an SEMH / SEND / Alternative Provision school who educate and care for students who have been excluded or removed from a mainstream setting.

I am looking for staff who have a good sense of humour and can work as part of a team.

Students follow a full curriculum and their are opportunities for a 1:1 and also a full class teaching assistant to offer additional support for several students.
