Role Overview:

As the LEAN Process Improvement Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of LEAN principles across our organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide local leaders, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your will have an impact not only in operational efficiency but also in employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Practical leadership of our BSP Operating System program and associated empowered, continous improvement culture, with the goal of driving year-on-year improvement in our measured maturity and generating business results Ownership of the BSP Operating System, including adopted LEAN tools, training materials, maturity tool, roll out progress and recognition program Contribution to the improvement in efficiency and employee engagement in business units that are included in the roll-out program Contribute to internal communication program to build a common language and understanding of the LEAN tools across BSP Build, coach and develop a strong cohesive team of advocates or LEAN champions across BSP Collaborate with the LEAN experts in Supply Chain to drive the adoption of LEAN tools and principles in our key Factories and Distribution Centres Personally build trusted relationships and support for the program with local Business Leaders, Supply Chain leaders and other key stakeholders Guide, coach, and develop local teams in sites to successfully implement BOS tools and achieve clear results Build strong collaborative relationships with LEAN experts in the wider ASSA organisation to leverage synergies, drive a consistent strategy and share best practice Act as the voice and subject matter expert for our BSP Operating System

Qualifications:

Proven track record of driving improvement across multiple business areas using LEAN tools. Strong people influencing skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. Excellent coaching and influencing abilities. Experience in a high-energy, results-oriented leadership team.

Reporting Structure:  This role reports directly to the Regional Director for North Europe & APAC and is a key part of the wider BSP Leadership team.

Location:  In one of Business Segment Pedestrians sites in Europe

Travel Requirement:  Frequent travel to other BSP sites and teams is essential to ensure successful implementation and alignment.
