Role Summary:

We are seeking a Transformation Program Manager for our client in the educational sector to facilitate the execution of a comprehensive learning initiative. This strategic program aims to enhance student flexibility regarding their learning pace, location, and method. Additionally, it focuses on broadening access to education through innovative delivery methods.

This initiative will transition the organization to a centralized learning platform, replacing existing systems with modern solutions in the near future. The program will also implement extensive modifications to educational tools and operational processes to support flexible learning and improve the overall experience for students and staff.

As the Transformation Program Manager, you will spearhead the creation and execution of a training strategy tailored for this initiative. We are looking for a candidate with a proven history of leading the design and implementation of training for systems and processes, alongside expertise in educational tools and change management.

Key Qualifications & Experience

- Demonstrated experience as a Transformation Program Manager with a solid record in designing and delivering training for systems and processes, along with familiarity with educational tools and change management.

- Extensive experience in managing or significantly contributing to large-scale transformation projects.

- In-depth knowledge of current challenges in the educational sector.

- Ability to innovate and apply relevant change management skills and methodologies.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; adept at engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

- Proficient project management skills within complex environments.

- Expertise in developing, implementing, and reviewing strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Capacity to collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve corporate objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior transformation managers, business leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders to manage, coordinate, and deliver significant organizational change projects. You will focus on the change management aspects of these projects, including the coordination of communication and stakeholder engagement.

Your responsibilities will include establishing a clear vision for project outcomes and engaging with stakeholders and project team members to ensure the successful delivery of substantial change initiatives. This role may require you to support various projects and understand the interconnections between them to maximize organizational impact and benefits.

Additionally, you will ensure that effective partnerships are established with relevant business units, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful realization of the change initiatives.
