Job responsibilities

Strategic Guidance : Provide independent financial insights and strategic advice to the Board and senior management to support the company's long-term objectives. Experience

Essential

Extensive experience in a senior financial leadership role, such as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent. Previous non-executive director experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Essential

A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (, ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
