Job Brief:

A Digital andSocial Marketing Analysts job is to analyse to companys digitalmarketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improvedigital and social media marketing performance and maximisereturns.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup a tracking mechanism (e.g. event and conversion tracking) on thewebsite and other digital assets such as mobileapps.

  • Conduct competitoranalysis and study market trends to develop digital marketingstrategies to achieve specific businessobjectives.

  • Test measureanalyse and optimize the performance search social and content todisplay across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement andconversions.

  • Manage theoverall delivery of digital marketing projects schedulescommunications budgets andreports.

  • Execute all digitalmarketing campaigns for clients including web banners social mediasponsored course search results email marketing and contentmarketing.

  • Work with thedesign team to create online banner adverts email newsletters andsocial media creative.

  • Workwith the web team to post banner ads and other websitecontent.

  • Planning andimplementing targeted marketing campaigns to support clientsgrowth.

  • Work closely withthe director to put together a strategy to execute forclients.

  • Work closely withthe web team design team and local Digital Marketing Executives todeliver strategy forclients.

  • Write and optimizecontent for the website and social networkingaccounts

  • Write copy foremail marketingcampaigns.

  • Track analyse andincrease website traffic and onlineenquiries.

  • Edit (optional)and post videos

  • Editing andwriting skills: You need to devise and edit content for variousdigital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral partof the job.

  • Video editingskills (optional): Website and social media content will not justbe text but frequently visual aswell.

  • Digital marketingexperience within a fastpacedenvironment.

  • Provenexperience managing digital marketingprojects.

  • Experience workingwith multiple clients at the sametime.

  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with a high attention todetail.

  • A professionalpersonality with a passion for digital and the ability to drivesuccessfulprojects.

  • Organizationalskills.

  • Manage well whenwork is unexpectedly busy orshortstaffed.

  • Overcomingproblems to achieve agoal.



Experience:

  • GoogleAnalytics Individual Qualification(GAIQ).

  • Bachelors degree inmarketing or a relatedfield.

  • Experience withanalytical and reportingtools.

  • Experience instatistical models.

  • Stronganalytical and strategic thinkingskills.

  • Ability to makedatadriven decisions.

  • GTMGoogle Analytics Facebook Analytics Search Console Adobe Analyticsand other Web Analyticsplatforms.
