**Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator**
Are you a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for all things digital? We are seeking a skilled Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our online presence and drive engagement across various platforms. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us to connect, engage and grow our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage the digital strategy to promote our clinic's services and academy’s training courses across various online platforms.
- Create brand presence and recognition across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent experience working with the main social media platforms, including all Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
- Create and manage a well-structured content calendar, ensuring consistent and impactful content delivery.
- Community management and levels of customer service of all social platforms across a range of channels covering delegates, models and patients.
- Campaign management across all paid media channels and optimising their effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/instagram Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI and reach targeted audiences.
- Optimising the company websites through strategic copywriting and SEO techniques.
- Utilise SEO strategies to enhance the clinic’s and academy’s online visibility and ranking in search engines.
- Tracking and reporting of marketing activities using google analytics and social analytics.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and use insights to continuously optimise marketing efforts for better results.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within our clinic, academy, IT and sales, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Avanti remains at the forefront of the aesthetic market.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and enhance brand visibility.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years experience in a social media focused role or similar digital marketing position.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
- A strong creative vision and strategical approach, with a track record of delivering engaging and social-first content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficient in taking aesthetically appealing videos/photos using a phone or SLR camera.
- Good experience with editing in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good experience in the use of apps such as Canva, CapCut/VN to create high quality and visually appealing digital assets.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good SEO experience
- Good knowledge of Google/Social Analytics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive and proactive attitude is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
