**About the Company**:
Our client has a group of late-night bars scattered around London. Their unique venues are designed like homes to recreate an authentic house party style experience, resulting in a welcoming, inviting and cosy atmosphere.

They have been raved about by multiple press magazines and newspapers, including VOGUE, and are rapidly growing a following of loyal customers and partygoers. Taking a different stance on the hospitality industry, this vibrant brand is growing rapidly tocreate venues that each have their own distinctive twist.

With four venues open and thriving, they have recently opened their most recent branch in a lively central London hotspot. Their team is small, welcoming, and close-knit with a fun and friendly working atmosphere. You are bound to fit in if you have a lovefor food, cocktails, and the late-night London scene

**The Role**:
As a **Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager,**you will work closely with the Marketing Director and be at the forefront of online communications. This is a hybrid position, with 4 days in the office per week and flexible hours.

The position demands creative flair and exceptional levels of detail, and current knowledge of trends. You will have the capacity to build your own team as the company expands.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Day-to-day Management**: Handling all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and potentially launching a TikTok account
- **Website Management**: This will include backend, using HTML, UX, SEO and Google Analytics
- **Paid Ads Management**: Including Instagram, TikTok and Google Adwords
- **Content Creation**:Organising and collating content, using tools such as Hootsuite to schedule and plan, capturing footage during venue opening times on stories and reels, and taking guidance from the Marketing Director to ensure tone ofvoice, campaign activity and messaging is on brand
- **Daily Community Management**: Responding to messages and post interactions and increasing visibility on our competitors’ platforms within our online community
- **Social Media and Data Research**:Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity, analysing competitor activity, Database Management and reporting
- **Sourcing and Managing Partnerships**:Influencer Management and Sourcing of Partnerships for collaborations through Social Media
- **Photoshoot Management**:Handle all photoshoots and organisation of the group’s photo bank.
- **Event Production**: Work with the Marketing team to help deliver Event Production for special one-off events such as Halloween and Christmas.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in hospitality digital marketing and social media, with a passion for social channels, paid social, SEO, content, websites and wider technology and marketing sectors
- You will have excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising and demographics, algorithms, Instagram Reel creation and a natural flair for "short form video" content
- Diploma in Paid Social Management, including Instagram and Google Adwords
- You are a passionate and highly ambitious self-starter, with a passion to grow in the hospitality industry by being highly analytical and goal orientated
- You have an excellent eye for detail to deliver the highest standards
- You’re a team player, ready to support others and work with departments, at all levels
- You have excellent time management and organisation skills
- You have strong communication skills, verbally and written, not afraid to use your voice to give your opinion and suggest change where needed
- You have strong copywriting and editing skills suited to each platform
