Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
  • Sound knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm or payroll bureau is advantageous
  • CIPP payroll certification or equivalent is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and process weekly and monthly payrolls for clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and timely submissions
  • Handle BACS payment processing and HMRC reporting
  • Provide payroll projections and forecasting as required
  • Assist with pension scheme administration and consultancy services
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
