HR Operations Team Lead

HR Operations Team Lead Responsibilities

The HR Operations Team Lead will take ownership and oversee the delivery of the HR services for the EMEA employees, supporting and leading a small team and ensuring all HR administration processes are adhered to.

HR Operations Team Lead  Experience

To be successful in this HR Operations Team Lead role, previous people management experience is required along with global HR delivery experience. You will ensure all HR administration processes are adhered to including ensuring the correct governance and global frameworks are in place, reviewed and improved regularly. You will oversee onboarding, contracts, offboarding, internal movement of staff, new starters, maintenance and management of the HRIS and data cleansing for example.
