GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
OF ROLE

Working towards a CIPD Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship you will work within the HR team to deliver a wide range of HR process administration, from onboarding new starters to managing probation periods, leavers. You will support the HR systems and Data Administrator as well as liaise with employees across the business with general queries, responding within agreed Service Level Agreements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the HR Systems and Data Administrator with the monthly HR reporting.
- Learn and assist with manager queries and help resolve (Tier1) this will include inbox management, general queries and responding within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Learn and assist with relevant administration for manager communications (supporting HRBPs).
- Build strong relationship within the HR team and department managers across the business.
- Assist with calendar management, HR process implementation, and step in when administrative support is needed.
- Assist the broader HR team for wider initiatives/projects etc.
- Support with ER case management administration.
- Learn HR/Recruitment system administration to ensure records are compliant and can produce basic reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders for regular meetings (monthly/quarterly/annual
- General HR administration support.
- Supporting for Tier 1 queries.
- Basic HR system administration and compliance.
- Learning and then managing all aspects of HR Operations and supporting with the governance of HR lifecycle.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, BACKGROUND AND PROFILE
- Five GCSEs (including English and mathematics) or equivalent. Alternatively, relevant work experience would be considered
