Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Taunton branch as a Recruitment Resourcer to support with resourcing for candidates using various methods to work within temporary industrial and commercial bookings for our clients.


Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles, adverts to achieve the highest response rate
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
  • Represent the Company at interviews, and briefings ensuring you work professionally and capture all relevant information
  • Management of worker files and records including registrations, uploading data to relevant systems and eligibility
  • Preparation and delivery of induction packs
  • Maintain documentation to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share
  • Develop, maintain and sustain full compliance and understanding to both legal and company frameworks promoting safe, consistent and compliant working practices throughout
  • Greet all visitors, candidates and clients
  • Communicate key information accurately and feedback promptly to relevant stakeholders
  • Check payroll and client specific reports and where necessary rectifying queries
