- **Job Purpose Summary**
As our Human Resources Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the Site HR Leader to navigate the employee life cycle, from recruitment to performance management, while ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations. Your responsibilities will span from coordinating recruitment efforts for manufacturing labour to fostering a positive work culture through social events, all while providing essential support and guidance to both management and employees on HR matters.
- **What you will do**
- Assist the Site HR Leader in HR matters throughout the employee life cycle, including performance management, employee relations, and people management/development.
- Support the recruitment process for manufacturing labour, including coordinating interviews, contracts of employment, and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver learning and training programs for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Organize and execute social events and activities to promote team building, morale, and a positive work culture.
- Prepare various documents and correspondence, such as housing references, flexible working arrangements, and leave requests.
- Manage absence, including sickness, and maintain accurate HR records in compliance with data protection laws.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request.
- Offer advice and assistance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Ensure HR matters are handled compliantly, fairly, and consistently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Participate in HR projects on behalf of the HR Site Leader.
