We’re on the lookout for two Contact Centre Sales Advisors to join our Contact Centre team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for the management of funeral plan enquiries and referrals and securing funeral plan sales, ensuring all sales adhere to compliance processes and procedures. As part of the sales team responsible for maximising revenues from sales of our products, you’ll engage with potential customers and present our products and services.
