ArrowResources AG is a global commodity trading house headquartered in Switzerland and is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join its rapidly growing business. 

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our digital communications strategy and execution. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive communications plan that reaches both internal and external audiences. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • External Communications
    • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
    • Manage all social media channels, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
    • Write and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and secure positive media coverage.
    • Partner with other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Internal Communications
    • Manage the company intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
    • Develop and deliver engaging internal communications content, such as newsletters, town halls, and employee recognition programs.
    • Keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
    • Foster a positive and productive company culture through effective communication.
  • Measurement & Analysis
    • Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing and communications activities using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Generate reports and insights to inform future campaigns and strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to track and report on KPIs.
