You will be pivotal to the communication between our patients and our clinical staff - answering patient calls and queries, nurse queries, liaising with consultants, validating patient pathways, planning the consultant’s theatre lists and booking surgical procedures for patients in the Urology Team. We are looking for someone who can work independently and thrives on building relationships with clinicians, staff and patients.

Working Pattern: hours per week. Monday to Friday.
