HR Services Administrator

The role of the HR Services Administrator (Payroll) is to support and implement the inputting of personal data supplied by our many stakeholders.
This is a fast paced department where we need to ensure this data is processedin a timely manner, to meet strict deadlines and ensure accuracy to avoid overpayments/underpayments to the employees of South Western Ambulance Service.
SWASfT currently have a workforce number of 5,500 paid employees where you will be working in a team of 6 administratorstoundertake the main duties of the job listed below and collaboratively work with your colleagues.
- Maintain ESR employee records - ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in data input
- Input new starter details
- Process change forms and issue notification to employees to confirm changes relating to their terms and conditions of employment
- Process the termination paperwork of employees leaving the Trust
- Maintain and manage the Trust process and procedures for maternity, paternity and parental support leave
- Maintain and manage the Trust age retirement process
- Attend assessment days/career events trustwide when required to support the recruitment
