Key Focus


This role will require working as part of the HR team providing administrative support with HR tasks as well as performing various other office management duties as required.

This position will provide EA support and administration duties for to the CPO, including organising, and assisting with calendar bookings and meeting preparation.


This will be a diverse and varied role and will require high levels of confidentiality, an ability to prioritise under own initiative and there will be a need to often work autonomously using own initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.


This role will report to:
Head of People


Key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the CPO with coordination, meeting organisation and administration duties
  • Make travel arrangements as required (trains, car hire, hotels, etc.)
  • Coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences, and other events both internally and externally, assembling appropriate materials and booking hospitality as required
  • Supporting the HR team with general administration, drafting letters and responding to incoming queries
  • Updating the HR system (Kallidus) with employee changes
  • Monitoring the HR Mailbox and directing queries to the relevant HR Business Partner
  • Reporting on and analysing employee related data, such as sickness absence and annual leave
  • Assist with the planning of HR events and initiatives
  • Assist with the administration of employee probation periods
  • Providing employment references
  • Work on ad hoc HR projects as required, such as wellbeing; reward; diversity and inclusion and benefits

Person Spec:

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Business administration or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
  • Previous business admin experience
  • Proficient in digital skills including MS Office
  • An excellent level of both written and spoken English
