JobOverview:

As a Marketing &Design Assistant, you'll be at the heart of their creative process.You'll need to bring your A-game and think big because they're allabout pushing boundaries and never settling for the status quo.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,is brimming with creativity, and can spot the tiniest of details.Your role will be to breathe life into their toy brands throughcaptivating designs, and you'll be an essential part of theirclose-knit team.

Here's whatyou'll be doing:
  • Createand develop exciting and engaging B2B & B2C marketing assetswithin set brand identities that our brands use for advertising,promotion, in-store, and digital use.
  • Supportsocial media strategic post & contentcreation.
  • Manage the photographyprocess.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite isvital. Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with theability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
  • Ability to sketch outideas, demonstrate a strong understanding of brand design,typography, layout, and composition.
  • Solidunderstanding of design principles and experience designing forvarious digital platforms andchannels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solvingabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for deliveringexceptional design solutions. Strong collaboration andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment.
  • Retouching andvisualisation skills will be required. Basic understanding of printprocesses.
In the first fewmonths, you would have:
  • Immersedyourself in the brand, competitors, and market landscape. Shownyour creative enthusiasm through eye-catchingdesigns.
  • Built strong relationships within theteam and across the business. Crafted end-to-end campaigns thatdazzle, from concept to production.
  • Managed andcurated an extensive image assetlibrary.
  • Support social media strategic post& content creation Support the management of theWebsite
  • Manage the photography process Manageand have ownership of our extensive image assetlibraries.
