An opportunity has arisen within the eHealth Network team for three Network Engineers. The post holders will work within a small team to provide a specialised service to NHS Highland covering all aspects of our data network and associated systems.
The post holders are responsible for the management and upgrading of NHS Highland's network, installation and de-commissioning as well as firewall management and network infrastructure security.
A minimum of 5 years working within large corporate network environments is essential, as well as a full driving licence. The post holders will have a thorough understanding of large-scale network design, network protocols, infrastructure hardware and proven hands-on experience of complex network trouble shooting. The posts will involve regular travel across the Highlands and periods of unsocial working hours.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a or a NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
