Job Title: Supply Teacher

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £120 - £130 Per day

Job Duties:

- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects

- Following lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students

- Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour effectively

- Providing constructive feedback to students and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practises

- Keeping accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

- Knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Previous experience in teaching or working with children

- Understanding of child development and learning theories

- Proficiency in ICT and use of educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education

- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour management

- Experience working in diverse classroom settings

Working Conditions:

- Working hours may vary depending on school requirements

- Classroom-based teaching with occasional off-site activities

- Adherence to school policies and procedures

- Potential for temporary assignments in different schools within the Altrincham area
