Salary:

  • £120 to £150 per day.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in various secondary schools throughout Manchester. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking for flexible working opportunities. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working in secondary education is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and cultures.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
