We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Consultant to oversee, design, and manage a law firm's annual global employee survey. This role will be crucial in ensuring that the survey process is meticulously planned, communicated effectively, and executed seamlessly across all our offices worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engagement surveys, HR, project management, and communications, with experience in a global and legal context being highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design of the Annual Global Employee Survey, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various global offices to ensure seamless execution of the design of the engagement survey.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including survey providers, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards and requirements.
