Quantity Surveying Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveying Consultant to join our team in London, Kent, Birmingham, or Oxford. As a Quantity Surveying Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Quantity Surveying consultancy services, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Quantity Surveying consultancy services to clients
  • Lead and manage teams of Quantity Surveyors
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • RICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy services, preferably in a senior or associate role
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • NEC experience and knowledge of Quantity Surveying best practices
