The Office of Apprenticeships and Skills (OAS) is responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of the University’s Business to Business (B2B) commercial activity including apprenticeship provision, across all levels (levels 3 to 7). The OAS team holds significant responsibilities to ensure that the institution will meet its strategic income generation targets in line with the University 2027 Strategy, and we are therefore looking for an enthusiastic External Relationships Manager to join our team.

As part of this role, you will develop mutually beneficial key strategic partnerships and alliances with stakeholders that will benefit our students and add both financial and reputational value to the University. You will also develop and manage a portfolio of strategic external partners linked primarily to key themes for the University.

You will develop and implement a coherent and innovative industry engagement strategy which will deliver tangible outputs, and will be accountable for the performance of this activity by developing clear annual KPIs and income generation targets.
