KeyResponsibilities:

ExistingCustomers

  • Maintain and developexisting customers
  • Increase range of productspurchased
  • Promote special offers and sell newproducts
  • Manage and develop relationships withexisting customers
  • Ensure quotations ordersRMAs and CRMs are processed promptly andaccurately

PotentialCustomers

  • Generate leads and convertthem into new accounts
  • Maintain concise andaccuraterecords

General

  • Ensurequarterly and annual targets areachieved
  • Ensure competitor activity pricing andnew product feedback is passed to the relevantperson
  • Maintain excellent productknowledge
  • Have a positive and professionalattitude at all times when dealing withcustomers
  • Support other team members and theirsales areas as required
  • Attend and participatein monthly sales meetings giving market feedback new ideas andsuggestions
  • Promote clients website and onlineordering facility to both existing and potentialcustomers
  • Support Marketing with theircampaigns

  • Previousexperience in a sales position
  • Able to maintainexcellent product knowledge
  • Excellentcommunication skills
