SEN Teaching Assistant/Inclusion Support Worker – Primary Schools – Leeds (Supply)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? We are working exclusively with a primary school in LS11 looking for an inclusion support worker or SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a supply role, however there may be an opportunity to go permanent with the school for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans.
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
  • Help students with emotional, social, and academic development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and behaviour management.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
