Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for supporting pupils with autism and SEND needs? We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team on a permanent basis to provide support to pupils with autism, communication problems, wheelchair users, and behavioural needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage learning and development
  • Manage behaviour problems professionally and accordingly
  • Liaise with staff members and parents on any issues
  • Support the teacher in the running of lessons
  • Assistance with feeding
