MSXI are currently seeking a highly motivated person to take responsibility to lead the aftersales operation team at the Corby site and increase customer NPS scores.

 

The Role

The role will manage day to day operation provide structure within define OEM processes

The role will be field based with an expected minimum of 3 days on site at Corby and regular visit the HMUK in Leatherhead.

 

As part of this role, the Operations Lead will:

  • Lead the Genesis outsourced aftersales operation to improve the required NPS scores as set by GME / GHQ in accordance with the MOU
  • Effectively manage the day to day outsourced operation with processes 
  • Be the direct report for GTA’s and GMUK / HMUK management for all customer vehicles whilst under the control of the agency
  • Ensure quality control processes are in place with the outsourced operation to ensure customer vehicles and courtesy cars do not leave site with outstanding work, or introduced issues
  • Effectively resolve any delays, operational concerns or escalations with the outsourced operation to minimise further customer disruption or dissatisfaction and ensue there are no repeat cases
  • Ensure any technical related concerns are escalated by the outsourced operation technicians via the GSW Hotline system
  • Attend daily update meetings with GTA’s and weekly review meetings with Genesis Management as required
  • Ensure Workshop Automation and eVHC systems and processes are followed and utilised as required
  • Ensure warranty information submissions are completed and submitted in accordance with GWMS policy
  • Ensure any warranty displaced parts fitted by the outsourced operation technicians are correctly labelled and retained for 90 days as required
  • Manage any outsourced operation training needs as required though internal staff or 3rd party companies
  • Ensure all required parts are ordered in time for the customer vehicle arriving at the outsourced operation, including any parts required for outstanding campaigns
  • Manage the parts stock within the outsourced operation and ensure parts are not ordered in volume, outside of service parts
  • Escalate any parts related issues to the Head of Section, Parts Operations

 

About You

  • must have good written and verbal communication ability as well as demonstrating a high standard of interpersonal and numerical skills.

 

Working Pattern and Location

Full time 40 hours (Monday – Friday) field base with a minimum of 3 days a week on site in Corby .
