**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Lead and motivate a team of 20+ workshop technicians, reviewing the daily tasks and ensuring that the team meets the targets and KPI’s whilst completing the work required to the highest standards.
- Co-ordinate day to day operations within workshop and liaise with internal departments to maximise efficiencies
- Manage staff absences, approving holidays, manage staff meeting, review staff performance and skill-test potential new starters
- Promote and lead the health, safety and welfare of all employees within the workshop
- To provide duty of care to staff working under your control
- To ensure all staff working under your control abide by the site rules
- Ensure all vehicle are parked within SLA’s provided by the individual Customer

**To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you**:

- Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience (essential)
- Previous workshop experience (essential)
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (essential)
- Own a Full UK Driving Licence
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
- Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
