Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym. As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Front Office Supervisor to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a September 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…

As Front Office Supervisor you will support the Front Office ledership operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. 

Based in the Tribe at Manchester Airport you will be part of a team of passionate people who are set to open the latest exceptional hotel offering at Manchester Airport. 

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess previous  front office experience in a hotel environment.  You should also be abe to display a passion for customer service and a love for hospitality.
