The Guest Service Supervisor Role

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our front office team and ensuring that every aspect of the guest journey is delivered to the highest level. You'll be the face of our hotel, providing a warm welcome and happy smile to every guest. You'll work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.

Qualities We're Looking For

  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
