More about the role:

Our team in Chichester are looking forward to welcoming a brand new Administrator. You will assist all departments in supplying administration services for procurement, sales, invoicing and general office duties. This may include championing tasks such as:

Processing sales & purchase orders against projects/products/services Placing orders on suppliers Progressing orders on suppliers Arranging shipment of goods Processing Customer Invoices Welcoming guests to the office and signing them in Assisting with Hotel bookings and travel Managing Subscriptions and Company Discounts. Assisting global customers via email/phone or redirecting as required Other general office administration duties

Do your skills match with yours?:

Excellent telephone manner and call handling skills Ability to follow working processes To be able to demonstrate good customer service focus Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with dealing with customers in a similar role preferable Knowledge of accounts processes desirable Full clean UK driving license Right to work in the UK
