Purpose of Role

The role of the Data Assistant is to support the Data Manager in pro-actively managing the data accumulated from the operations to drive improvements in operating effectiveness, commercial efficiency and ultimately value to the Customer.
Production of clear, concise technical reports is an essential part of visualizing and communicating the findings both internally and externally
In support of the Data Manager, this is a predominantly pro-active role, seeking improvements working together with operational teams and specialist suppliers.

Job Description

Working independently, responsible for initiating and completing tasks and procedures, including where relevant responsibility for supervising or guiding others. The ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.

Responsibilities

•Support the Data Manager in developing the successful strategy for data management on the Account.
•Engage pro-actively with the management team as a whole to ensure data is used at both an operational and strategic level within the Account
•With the Data Manager, ensure effective systems are established to support the operational needs of the Account
•Ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive works
•Actively work with the Suppliers to deliver best value into the Account
•Understand the financial requirements of the Account
•Where required, support the commercial team in developing quotes/business cases for out of scope/additional works
