Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, is seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Solicitor with 2-5 PQE to join their team. The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner-managed businesses alike on a wide range of general commercial matters across a variety of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a wide range of general commercial matters, including commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory complianceDrafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, such as supply and distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, and service agreementsAssisting clients in resolving commercial disputes and managing the litigation process where requiredAdvising on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and drafting transactional documentsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development initiativesRequirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE in commercial lawStrong technical knowledge and understanding of general commercial law principles and proceduresExcellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience of advising on commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance mattersA strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work to clientsIf you are a talented and ambitious Commercial Solicitor looking to join a leading Legal 500 firm, please apply with your CV
