**About the role**

ELM Group is a leading residential estate management company, with a management portfolio of over 140 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments, across the United Kingdom. Our not-for-profit organisation has a great opportunity for you at our busy Head Office based in Frimley, Surrey. As a vital part of the Head Office Team, reporting to the Asset & Compliance Adviser, you will be key to providing administrative support in relation to all asset and compliance areas of responsibility, such as Health & Safety Compliance, Major Works Programme, Section 20 Works and Insurance Policies. This is an exciting and varied role with an opportunity to grow within a supportive company.

**About you**

We would like to hear from you if you:

- Have strong organisational and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Have experience with compliance and managing databases
- Good administrative experience
- Are able to work unsupervised, use own initiative, enjoy challenges and coming up with solutions
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Customer focussed
- Experience in leasehold housing desirable, but not essential
- Have excellent MS Office skills

**Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm**

**Salary: £24,000 per annum**
