Signs And Lines Limited is a growing business within the signage market. With its Head Office in Surrey and a solid customer base throughout the UK the company is looking for someone to help with the next phase of the company growth.

**The Role**

As Accounts assistant you will be responsible for the following
- Date entry of supplier invoices onto clarity, matching dispatch notes and post over to sage.
- Paying suppliers, sending bacs payment and remittance
- Post paid invoices onto Sage and file away.
- Bank payments, expenses, file receipts and direct payment and enter onto Sage
- General book keeping

**Hours of work**

Part time 18 hours a week, which can be split over Mon-Fri

**Work Address**

The job will involve working from our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey.

**Skills and Interests**
- Bank reconciliation
- Aged debtor
- Purchase ledger
- Expenses, receipts and entry onto sage
- CIS, HMRC, SAGE Line 50
- Log Invoices, send invoices
- Produce Statement
- supplier payments
- Purchase order matching with supplier invoices
- General book keeping
- Good business sense
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills

**Training**

The company will provide full training where necessary on its' processes, systems, software and anything necessary for the role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
