Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Technical Operations Co Ordinator to join their team in London EC2M.

The Position
Job Title: Apprentice Technical Operations Co Ordinator
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Digital Support
Apprenticeship Duration: 16 Months
Location: London EC2M
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £19,000 per year

Role and Responsibilities
• Provisioning all products.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery, provide regular updates, and manage handovers upon completion.
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers.
• Addressing any issues related to orders and faults, while meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conducting fault diagnostics and collaborating with suppliers/customers for resolution.
• Keeping customers informed through phone and email communications.
• Managing tickets and workflows using ServiceNow.
• Performing general administrative tasks, including billing entry.

Requirements
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Motivated and self-directed that can operate within proper guidelines. Willingness and determination to learn new networking technologies. Ability to work in an organised and structured manner to conduct troubleshooting and follow processes. Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Attitude to self-study. Attention to detail. Essential: GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English A keen interest in all things Networking and or IT related. Competence in Office Applications including Visio, Excel.
