Responsibilities:

Planning and Delivery: Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas, including communication, physical, social, and emotional skills.Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.Parent Partnership: Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on their child’s progress and involving them in their learning journey.Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment, following safeguarding procedures and promoting well-being.Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum, incorporating play-based learning, outdoor exploration, and creative experiences.Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated with best practices, attend training sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance your teaching skills.
