About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, assisting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals to our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu development. Working Hours

  • 5 day working week: Flexible scheduling to include weekends

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule

Key Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

  • Contribute to menu planning and development

  • Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef

  • Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies

  • Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

Key Requirements

  • A desire to learn and develop in the Catering industry

  • Proven experience and knowledge in a similar role

  • Confident in leading teams whilst the Head Chef is absent
