Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser

What you’ll do

Working collaboratively with the Merchandising team, you’ll analyse performance and optimise revenue through toolstation.com. Whilst you’re passionate to join a business where you will grow, you have a willingness to learn and a data driven mind-set. You must display a good understanding of the Toolstation brand, customers shopping habits and the product range. In addition to this, you will need to establish strong cross-functional relationships to support growth ambition.

Part time contract - 32 hours per week (4 working days Monday - Friday)


Day to Day


Enhancing. Managing weekly performance analysis for your departments, propose actions and implement using a variety of tools. You’ll share performance results with the team.

Performance. Reviewing and identifying improvements across the website to improve performance. 

Responsibility. Highlighting potential larger amends to drive growth as well as achieve quick wins. 

Supportive. Building strong relationships across the various teams, being knowledgeable on the ranges and work to identify solutions to help the wider business
