Are you enthusiastic about early childhood education and the development of young children?

GSL Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work in a number of Lincolnshire Primary Schools. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare, as well as a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering interesting and interactive lessons in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Work with colleagues and parents to form a supportive collaboration in meeting each child's needs.
  • Offer students individual and group support, assisting them with their learning activities and assessing their progress.
  • Assisting in the creation of a stimulating learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and academic growth.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Child workforce enhanced DBS - on the Update Service.
  • A Level 2 or 3 Certificate in School Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • Childcare and Education Level 3 Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be patient, empathic, and caring when supporting the individual needs of young learners.
