Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support KS1 and KS2 students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent in the future. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support and specialized assistance to students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in a KS1 and KS2 classroom setting
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with ADHD and other behavioral difficulties
  • Assist with general classroom duties and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and behavioral difficulties
  • Ability to provide one-on-one support and work with students in a classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
