RoleSummary: We are looking for a Commis Chef to joinour kitchen team. As a Commis Chef you will be an essential part ofour kitchen operations assisting in the preparation of ingredientscooking and plating dishes under the guidance of senior chefs. Thisrole is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fastpacedculinary environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparationtasks including chopping peeling and cooking ensuring ingredientsare ready for service.
• Cooking Assistance:Support the kitchen team during service helping with cookingplating and ensuring dishes are presented to the higheststandard.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaincleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to all healthand safety regulations.
• Learning &Development: Take every opportunity to learn from senior chefsdeveloping your skills and culinary knowledge.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory managementincluding checking deliveries and proper storage ofingredients.

Essential Qualifications andSkills:

• Experience:Some experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but notessential.
• Cooking Skills: A basicunderstanding of cooking techniques and a passion forfood.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a teamand communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining highstandards in food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work various shiftsincluding weekends and evenings.
• Must be able toDrive.

Desirable Skills:

• Culinary Education: A culinary diploma orcertificate or working towards one is a plus.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive approach to learning anddeveloping new skills in the kitchen.

Compensation andBenefits:

• Salary: 14per hour.
• Hours: 2330 per week.
