Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Professional clinical services department for an Engagement Services Officer to join the Business Support team.

The post holder will manage the administrative team based in Cwmbran House Pontypool. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on an agile basis with an expectancy to cover the office two days per week.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

Proven experience of working with senior management. Proven experience in an executive support or leadership role.

Desirable

Proven experience in project management. Proven experience of corporate working arrangements.

Skills

Essential

Able to produce detailed reports using MS Word and MS Excel. Able to plan and successfully deliver to prescribed deadlines.

Desirable

Proven experience of delivering training to small groups. Able to undertake management audits.

Qualifications

Essential

ILM level 5 or equivalent Knowledge of office administrative management and procedures including the use of a range of modern office computer software applications.

Desirable

Professional Qualification. Knowledge of financial budget management within the NHS.
