Sales and Account Management-- Build Connections: Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in care groups to ensure loyalty, retention, and growth.
- Uncover Opportunities:
- Dive deep into research to discover new business prospects.
- Engage decision-makers, book meetings, and open doors for yourself and the team.
- Drive Sales:
- Schedule impactful meetings with clients and influencers.
- Lead campaigns to maximise sales opportunities and deliver exceptional value.
- Stay Organised: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with leads, activities, and contacts for a clear sales pipeline.
- Innovate: Continuously explore new methods for sourcing leads and engaging with clients.
- Inspire Excellence: Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop Talent: Provide training, mentoring, and support to new and existing team members.
- Foster Growth: Conduct appraisals and deliver feedback that helps individuals and the team shine.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work with senior leaders to shape department goals, set budgets, and create long-term success plans.
- Sales Wins: Drive key conversations, book high-value appointments, and grow revenue within your accounts.

- A-level qualifications or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the care industry and products.
