Sales and Account Management-- Build Connections: Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in care groups to ensure loyalty, retention, and growth.

- Drive Sales:

- Stay Organised: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with leads, activities, and contacts for a clear sales pipeline.
- Innovate: Continuously explore new methods for sourcing leads and engaging with clients.
- Inspire Excellence: Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop Talent: Provide training, mentoring, and support to new and existing team members.
- Foster Growth: Conduct appraisals and deliver feedback that helps individuals and the team shine.

- A-level qualifications or equivalent.
