Events Manager, London, £30-40k+ Working as part of an existing team, the successful Events Manager will be involved in working on a variety of client accounts and events. Overview:
  • Forge client relationships
  • Discuss ideas around theming, set/stage design, signage etc with clients 
  • Present concepts for sign off
  • Full event planning from concept through delivery (managing on-site preparations and event breakdown)
  • Lead pre-event meetings and conduct post event debriefs
  • Manage and control costs and budgeting
  • Produce event plans and schedules so all involved is aware
  • Keep clients updated and get consent of any additional costs
  • Building and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and venues to ensure best rates
  • Venue sourcing/selection
  • Logistic planning
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Comply with insurance requirements
  • Ensure H&S policies and procedures are enforced
 Requirements:
  • Proven Event Planning/Management background either working for an Event Agency/Production/Services Company or In-House.
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work outside of conventional office hours when needed this may include evenings, weekends and bank holiday.
  • You must be UK based
  • Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
