Reablement Practice Manager

Job Description

2 Month contract with a Local Authority

Job Summary:

·        To be responsible for and have over sight for the delivery of the Trusted Assessor training   required for Reablement officers.

·        To undertake joint visits with Reablement officers on any complex cases, offering.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

·        To advise the team on Reablement strategies

·        To supervise and have oversight of the OT and part time PT

·        To supervise and sign-off the Reablement plans and Care Act assessments for 2-3 RO’s

·        To attend team, performance and management meetings

Essential Experience Required:

·        Experience working as a HCPC occupational therapist practice manager with reablement experience is essential.

Essential Qualification Required:

·        Relevant professional level qualification is essential.

Additional information to note:

·        Working hours: 36 hours per week.

·        This role is hybrid with 1-2 days in the office.

·        Enhanced DBS is required for the role.
