We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed individual to become a Reablement Services Practice Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of Trusted Assessor training for Reablement officers. Collaborating closely with your team, you will offer expert guidance on Reablement methodologies, oversee team operations, and ensure the excellence of Reablement assessments and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic advice on Reablement methodologies
- Lead and mentor the occupational therapy team
- Evaluate and authorize Reablement assessments and plans
- Participate in team meetings to review performance and operational management

Requirements:
- Experience as an HCPC occupational therapist practice manager within Reablement
- Appropriate professional qualifications

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position (36 hours per week)
- The role is hybrid, requiring some office presence
- An enhanced DBS check is a prerequisite
