Great with customers? Join us With your customer service experience, you’ll be welcoming our customers and giving them the help and reassurance they need. You’ll schedule repair work and MOTs, maintain up to date and accurate records, and talk our customers through work completed. You’ll be dealing with customers by phone, over email and face to face in the Centre, keeping them up to date and explaining technical terms in a clear and understandable manner.

Finding the right solution to suit the customer’s needsQuoting and booking servicesGiving clear explanations and adviceBuilding lasting customer relationships by treating customers with respectCompleting all administration to company requirementsContributing to the achievement of daily and weekly sales targetsTo be a success in this role, you’ll need:
