As a System & Data Analyst, you will lead efforts to resolve defects and implement enhancements in our CRM. By leveraging feedback from developers and staff requests, you will drive impactful improvements. Your responsibilities include identifying high-growth areas and providing analysis to inform strategic decisions. You will work with developer customer data sets to generate analyses and reports. Your efforts will support our data strategy and enable the Development Experience team to proactively meet our customers’ needs.

The role

The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance our CRM. You will identify areas of high housing growth and manage data to support our market insights while assisting the wider team with performance monitoring and KPI reporting. You’ll support the Growth & Strategy Manager in the development and implementation of our data strategy and customer portal improvements.

What you’ll need

Experience working with CRM systems is essential for this role. A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive nature are crucial for diagnosing issues. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to plan and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver enhancements. Core data analysis skills are required to shape our developer customer strategy, involving large quantitative and qualitative datasets and analyzing housing market trends and future impacts. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlik is desirable.

What's in it for you?

The primary focus of this role is to lead for our Oracle CRM system along with undertaking detailed data analysis and reporting on our developer customers. The role is the driving force to maintaining and administrating our Oracle CRM system and customer portal. This will include engagement with our delivery partners and utilising our D-MeX survey feedback to work on delivering enhancements to improve our developer customer’s journey. The role will also support our market insight and growth forecasting processes, whilst supporting the wider team with performance monitoring and KPI reporting.

You’ll support the Growth & Strategy Manager in the development and implementation of our data strategy and Developer customer user journey. Using your excellent analytical skills, you’ll identify areas for data management improvements.

You will work closely with the Performance Manager to compiling and analysing customer trends through quantitative data along with doing deep analysis on qualitative data obtained through surveys. It will also be working the Continuous Improvement Manager to help deliver enhancements to our Developer portal and lead on the developer portal, managing core activities, logging defect and testing to resolution.

Principal accountabilities

Own, update and maintain key performance dashboards. Ownership of the working group driving changes to our Oracle CRM system Raise, manage, test and deliver defect resolution identified and contribute to enhancement projects Analyse customer feedback providing detailed analysis on trends and highlighting areas of improvement and how they can feed to our Oracle CRM Support with maintain our existing dashboards (Power BI) and look for future development and improvements. Track benefits and that initiatives / projects are meeting their agreed targets. Provide data driven insights into understanding the root cause of issues experienced. Analyse and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to produce required management information and insight. Simplify and reduce the manual effort associated with reporting through the use of scripts and tools

Experience required 

Bachelor’s degree in related field Experience leading CRM/database enhancements Strong analytical skills, with experience of dealing with complex data sets Experience in using visual tools (Power BI) or similar visualisation tools Base knowledge or SQL, Python, Java & database Management Experience maintaining a CRM system (Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud etc)

Salary: £33,600 (dependent on skills and experience). Hybrid role, with the expectations of a minimum two days a week in the office.
